Vamos ter que fazer algumas alterações no registo, por isso sigam estes passos.
01. Iniciar/Executar/regedit.
02. HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background
03. No lado direito, crie ou altere o valor da Chave DWORD "OEMBackground" para "1".
04. Copiem o novo wallpaper para a pasta %windir%\System32\oobe\info\backgrounds
06. Copiem para essa ultima pasta o wallpaper escolhido backgroundDefault.jpg.
Pronto... Muito fácil!
